I photoshopped this together during my spare today, considering that Steven Moffat will most likely commission a new logo when he takes over as Doctor Who's showrunner. This, using the Seal of Rassilon and the Garamond font is meant to convey an elegant, and an old yet new feel, but like the Doctor himself.
